Three men from Harrisburg are facing federal charges for a robbery at Cracker Barrel in Susquehanna Township.

The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of PA says Tory Dobbin, 41, George Stoney, 40, and Nathaniel Mosley, 43, were indicted on Wednesday on charges of robbery of a business engaged in interstate commerce (Hobbs Act robbery) and use of a firearm during a crime of violence.

The trio allegedly robbed the Cracker Barrel restaurant on Brindle Road on December 3rd. Officials say all three men were armed with firearms during the robbery.

The three allegedly left the restaurant with $8,000, where they were met by Susquehanna Township Police and fled on foot. All three men were arrested after a brief foot chase.

Police say the trio allegedly stole a car from a Ford dealership in Sunbury, PA the night before to use as a getaway car.
