We are following breaking news out of Lancaster County where police continue to search for clues and a possible suspect in an early Friday morning shooting in Manor Township.

The shooting happened just after 1:30 a.m. and sent one woman to the hospital.

Police got the call to the Stone Mill Station apartments at 1:39 a.m. for a shooting.

When they arrived, they found a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say she was taken to Lancaster General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Soon after, police began their investigation searching for a suspect. They are focusing their attention inside an apartment in Building F of the apartments.

Just a few minutes ago, Manor Township Police confirmed that they are interviewing some eyewitnesses and are not ready to release any suspect information.

A man on the scene claiming to be the victim’s sister says the shooting was the result of an argument between the woman and the father of one of her children.

However, police are not confirming that information.
