HARRISBURG – Frozen pipes burst and caused water damage at a church in Susquehanna Township.

Around 5 p.m., firefighters arrived at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque  Catholic Church on Paxton Church Road to find the sanctuary flooded with three to four inches of water.

The priest said he was alerted to the problem, which may have damaged the church’s organ, by a security company alarm going off.
