Officials in Lebanon County say the cold weather affected crews battling a large garage fire.

Flames broke out just after 10:30 Wednesday night in the first block of North Lebanon Street in West Cornwall Township.

Crews say they found the garaged engulfed in flames.

With how cold it is, we asked crews how weather affected their fight.

"It's pretty slick because of the ice. I have some hoses frozen to the ground so it's going to be an issue when we clear here. Everyone is using extreme caution walking around, we have salt trucks out too," says Chief Stanley Singer with the Quentin Fire Company.

The garage is destroyed, including the motorcycles and snowmobiles inside.

Right now officials are investigating a cause.
