In Lebanon County, a high school principal is under investigation.

Palmyra High School principal, Dr. Benjamin Ruby, is under investigation for reportedly emailing a photo of a student's bra that was brought to school by the girl's mother. That's according to Lebanon Daily News.

We confirmed Ruby is on medical leave until next month and we're told it was approved before the allegations.

We reached out to Palmyra Area School District Thursday night and received this statement from Superintendent, Lisa Brown:
"The Palmyra Area School District is aware of the allegations made with regard to Dr. Benjamin Ruby, HS, principal, and is completing a thorough investigation of these allegations. Because of various state and federal laws that protect the privacy of individuals, the district is not able to comment on the specifics. We want to emphasize the incident does not involve a concern for the safety of our students. Dr. Ruby is currently on a medical leave that was approved by the Board on Thursday, March 13th. His leave has been approved from March 17th through April 17th with intermittent leave through September 30th. This medical leave was requested prior to the allegations coming to our attention."
