Safe stolen in Manheim Twp. robbery

Manheim Township Police are investigating a robbery that happened on Monday in the 2600 block of Lititz Pike.

A 27-year-old man reported that he was inside a family member's home around 10:00 a.m. when two males entered wearing masks.

Police say the suspects struggled with the victim and assaulted him. The suspects then fled with a safe. Police say they fled in a black pick-up truck.

Within a short time, a Manheim Township Police Officer observed the car pulling  into the 1100 block of Olde Hickory Road, but the suspects fled. The safe was recovered by officers. The suspects are described as white males in their 20's and were wearing masks. Safe stolen in Manheim Twp. robbery
