CAMP HILL -- Police have charged a second man open lewdness in connection with an incident at the YMCA in Hampden Township.

Police allege that on Oct. 26, Fedor Gorobets entered the YMCA, bought a member guest pass for $20, and went into the women's locker room.

He left the locker room but then returned to watch them dressing from the entrace to the locker room. When the girls spotted him, he fled. They then saw him a third time, and that time, he was completely naked.

By the time police responded, he and another man, Sergey Reznichenko, had fled the scene.

On Oct. 27, police reviewed surveillance vidoe from outside the women's locker room and learned that Resnichenko had entered the women's locker room nine times, six of those time naked, and that Gorobets had entered the locker room three times, once naked.

Both men are currently in Cumberland County Prison in lieu of bail.
