ELIZABETHTOWN -- Police in Elizabethtown have arrested one man and are seeking two more in connection with an armed robbery in neighboring Lebanon County.

Police were dispatched to the basketball court area of Coleman's Park, Lebanon, around 4:56 p.m. Sunday for a report of a robbery. Police spoke with a 19-year-old male from Myerstown and a 20-year-old male from Richland who said they had just been robbed.

They told police they had been in the park area talking when a silver van approached. Three men were in the van wearing bandanas over their faces.
Two of the men got out of the van and approached them. One of the men was carrying what the victims believed was a shotgun. One of the men said, "You know what this is. Give me what you got."

The men stole the victims' cell phones and a small amount of cash before leaving in the van.

The van was located in the 200 block of East Guilford Street at 6:20 p.m. and one of the suspects was apprehended in the area.

Police have charged 19-year-old Joshua Sholly from Lebanon with robbery and criminal conspiracy. Police currently possess arrest warrants for robbery and criminal conspiracy for the two other suspects, identified as 15-year-old Joshua Mojica of Lebanon and 19-year-old Allen Firestoen III of North Lebanon Township.

Mojica was charged as an adult due to nature of the crime, a robbery committed with a firearm.

Mojica was arrested today by Elizabethtown police and was returned to Lebanon County and is currently in Lebanon County Central Booking awaiting arraignment.
