Three arrested in York, thousands of dollars in drugs seized

The York City Narcotics Unit arrested three men and seized thousands of dollars worth of drugs, during two separate investigations.

On October 22, investigators executed a warrant at the "Chop Shop Barber Shop" at 522 South Queen Street.  Officials arrested Jesus Loarte, 23, and Frankie Carvajal-Alarcon, 38.  Loarte was charged with possession with the intent to deliver Heroin. Carvajal-Alarcon was charged with possession of cocaine.

Investigators seized $920 worth of heroin, $500 in cocaine and $120 in U.S. Currency.

On October 23, detectives executed a search warrant at 314 West Cottage Place and arrested Brandon Dawson, 29.  He was charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin, marijuana, MDMA (molly), Oxycotin, Suboxone and Vicodin. He was also charged with receiving stolen property and felons not to possess a firearm. Officers seized $300 in heroin, $1,110 in marijuana, $200 in MDMA and a Colt .45 handgun.
