Updated: Tuesday, December 24 2013, 09:55 AM CST
Upper Allen Police have charged two people for allegedly using a stolen credit card.

Police say Michael Sponsler and Lynette Kraus (Garcia) allegedly used the credit card, between June 29th and July 1st, at several businesses in Mechanicsburg and Camp Hill.

The owner of the card had left it at an ATM where Sponsler allegedly found it and took it.

Police say charges on the card exceeded $1,190. The card was used at TJ Maxx, Walmart, Wegmans, Rite Aid, and Target.

Upper Allen Police obtained a warrant for Sponsler and Kraus' arrest, but the two turned themselves into police on Monday, December 23rd. Both are charged with access device fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, theft by deception, and identity theft.
