UPDATE: State Police cancel BOLO, say abduction was false alarm

State Police have canceled the "be-on-the-lookout" alert. They tell us an abduction reported in Seven Valleys was a false alarm.

Lt. Fred Hess with State Police in Loganville tells us a concerned citizen called in after seeing something they thought was suspicious.

Hess says it may be due to other reports of possible child abductions recently.

SEVEN VALLEYS -- State police have issued a "be-on-the-lookout" for a white Ford pick-up truck in relation to a possible abduction this afternoon.

The incident happened in Seven Valleys, York County. The vehicle was last seen on Cherry Street.
