UPDATE:

As part of the continuing investigation into the Sunday, March 16 robbery at the Hess Express in Campbelltown, the South Londonderry Township Police Department released photos from the surveillance video. CBS 21 News and many other news outlets ran the surveillance pictures. As a result, numerous citizens called in with tips and information.

Police were able to use the information and verified that the unmasked person seen on the video was 22-year-old Randall Allen Madsen of Palmyra. On Thursday, March 20 just before midnight, South Londonderry Police located Madsen trespassing at 430 East High Street, in Palmyra, at which time he was taken into custody. Madsen was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. He was arraigned in front of District Judge Thomas Capello on charges of Robbery and two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. He was placed in the Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $100,000.00 bail.

Police were able to make the subsequent identification of the subject in the mask as being 19-year-old Richard Lucas Fogleman, also of the Palmyra area.  On Friday, March 21 Fogleman turned himself in to Police on unrelated summary charges from Lancaster County. He was also taken to Lebanon County Central Booking where he is awaiting arraignment on charges of Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. The investigation is still continuing into this incident.

South Londonderry Police wish to thank the many citizens who called to provide information which ultimately lead to the apprehension of the two subjects.
