North Orange Street in Carlisle has reopened after a tractor  trailer got stuck under the railroad bridge on Tuesday.

The truck got stuck under the bridge at North Orange Street and West High Street. Police say crews had to unload the truck before the trailer could be removed, which closed Orange Street for several hours.

Norfolk Southern has been notified to check the bridge for structural damage and to stop any train traffic, a press release said.
